We are one of the largest dealers of Bob's Custom Saddles,

and have the largest in stock ready to ship inventory in North

America if not the world. We pride ourselves on having the

highest standards of customer service, very competitive pricing

as well as friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Bob and Martha Haley started Bob's Custom Saddles, Inc. in 1986. They were in the retail saddle, tack, and western wear business since 1971. Bob traveled for 14 years to the horse shows and is well known for his custom saddle designs. Bob feels it key to be where the performers are so they can see, feel and ride his saddles. It is important that they not only look pretty, but are functional as well.
Since the start of Bob's Custom Saddles, Inc., 20 years ago, the
company has grown tremendously. They produce over 1200 custom saddles each year. Their vision has also expanded; and have added several top trainers to the endorsement list. Bob began working with key trainers to understand their needs for their event. He works hard to come up with unique designs that were good yesterday, today and tomorrow.

Fit and function is also important to buybobs.net; which is why we have

introduced our saddle trial policy.

Once you receive your saddle take it for a trial run! If for some reason it does

not meet your needs, or your horses, ship it back for a full refund. Providing the

saddle is returned within three business days, with no scratches, marks,

and with all pieces and parts still attached, buybobs will refund your money,

less the shipping fees. Please ask for full details when speaking to one of

our sales associates.


Shipping Policy: All saddles will be shipped out pre-paid with a

carrier to be arranged by buybobs.net. Shipping charges will vary

based on final destination, and will be charged on your invoice with your new saddle. If the saddle is to be returned, shipping must be pre-paid, insured, and traceable. No refunds will be given until buybobs has received the saddle in the same condition that it left in.

Any marks, scratches or discolorations will be charged for

accordingly and at buybobs discretion.
